She is a Certified Mindfulness Mentor and passionate Mindfulness Trainer, and Educator. Isabelle is currently one of the leading Meditation Teachers for kids on the world's No.1 meditation app Insight Timer and has also featured as a guest teacher on the Dreamy Kids app, of which her meditations have listened to more than 2 million times.
Isabelle has also been practising as an Energetic Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Reflexologist for more than 25 years and is an Administrator for Mindful Educators Australia.
In 2016 Isabelle began teaching Mindfulness and Meditation classes to primary school kids, witnessing positive and life-changing transformations with her students. Her goal and passion were to equip children with essential life skills to manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing before the stress of high school, university and young adulthood.
2018 Isabelle launched her Meditation Program for Kids. Isabelle's meditation program is Mindfulness-based and covers area's such as Body Awareness, Anchor Breathing, Relaxation and Relationships. The mindfulness lessons and affirmations found in the meditation program help kids get acquainted with their innermost feelings, relax and enjoy a positive outlook for the future.
In 2019 Isabelle launched her Mindfulness Program for Kids, a fun and engaging, evidence-based Mindfulness and Meditation Program for teachers and primary school students accessed online. Hundreds of teachers across Australia, the UK and North America have accessed Isabelle's Mindfulness Program for Kids. They now have the resources to make a significant long term impact teaching students mindfulness and meditation in classrooms worldwide.
In 2019 Isabelle also created a course for Insight Timer. "Overcome Your Monkey Mind" is a fun 10-day audio course written for kids and families with more than 6000 students to date. During this course both adults and children will learn creative ways to navigate their way through 21st-century issues such as academic pressure, distraction, worry, low self-esteem, anxiety and day to day stress providing an excellent toolkit for busy lives.
First, I would love to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a mum with two beautiful children aged 12 and 15. I have been meditating for over 25 years and started practising mindfulness after completing a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) program 11 years ago.
Like a lot of children, I suffered low self-esteem and low self-image issues. In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa and was suffering from underlying anxiety. This was a very difficult time for myself and my family.
Whilst in hospital I became drawn to reading self-help books such as Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, White Eagle by E. H. White as well as reading my first Louise Hay book You Can Heal Your Life... and it was here my spiritual journey began and my eyes began to truly open. After making a full recovery, I then decided I wanted to embark on a career helping others heal their body, mind and spirit, so I enrolled into College and completed a Diploma in Energetic Healing. It was whilst I was studying this amazing course I discovered the healing powers of meditation and the positive impact it had on the mind, body and spirit.
After receiving my Diploma I went on to explore Transcendental Meditation, attended regular retreats as well as weekly groups and this became my daily practice without fail. Every day I committed to sitting for twenty minutes twice a day to rest my mind and calm my body and spirit and it was indeed the greatest act of self-care and self-love. I had decided that meditation time was non-negotiable and it was as important as brushing my teeth and nourishing my body with healthy foods. Meditation was such a healing gift in my life and I was incredibly grateful.
In my mid 30’s after having my 1st child River, I then began to struggle with anxiety again as well as insomnia. I was very reluctant to see a Psychologist, but, making this big decision changed the course of my life forever. In my sessions, she introduced me to MINDFULNESS of which made a hugely significant impact on my mental health transforming my life in every way. After completing an 8-week Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) Program my life changed direction and I saw the world through a whole new lens. I discovered that I was no longer my thoughts, and I had the tools to manage my mind at any moment... This was so empowering and a huge game-changer. I developed the ability to live in the present moment, increase my self-awareness, learn to observe my thoughts without judgement, as well as self-compassion. I am forever grateful that I am now able to share these tools with the world.
In 2021 Isabelle is currently curating a new Mindfulness Program developed specifically for mums to help manage stress, overwhelming feelings and anxiety.

Isabelle is currently an administrator for Mindful Educators Australia, holds a Diploma in Energetic Healing with a Level 2 Certificate in Meditation and is a certified Mindfulness Mentor with the Mindfulness Mentoring Institute. Isabelle coaches teachers, parents and kids 1-on-1 in Mindfulness and Meditation and has curated a 1-year Mindfulness and Meditation program for children that can be easily accessed online within a practise, or within schools. Isabelle also loves running her own Mindfulness and Meditation classes for primary school kids, teaching children essential life skills to manage their own mental health and emotional wellbeing before the stress of high school, university and young adulthood over the coming years.
Business Manager: Kye Fitzgerald surfed professionally for 10 years before starting a career in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Meditation is a consistent part of Kye's morning routine and practising Mindfulness has played a part in Kye's life through his surfing career and into his professional life. As a proud father Kye is now very excited to be working with his wife Isabelle in a role that provides amazing long-term benefits for parents, teenagers and kids.
Mentor: Over the last 9 years, John Shearer MM has spent 9,000+ hours studying the many aspects of mindfulness. He is an internationally recognised Australian Mindfulness Master, Author and Keynote Speaker who founded the Mindfulness Mentoring Institute and Mindful Educators. John, a former Youth Mentor with Juvenile Justice is passionate about sharing his knowledge and tools to bring mindfulness into the classroom, to teach us about teaching self-care and to help children thrive in life and education.
The MY PEACEFUL UNIVERSE mission is to create fun, engaging Mindfulness and Meditation Programs that help primary school children, educators and parents better manage their own emotional wellbeing and achieve a more positive outlook on life.
