Through positive visualisation and deep breathing, short mindfulness and meditation exercises and are amazing tools that can help children get acquainted with their innermost feelings, build happiness, as well as improve resilience and concentration by reducing nervousness, stress and worry.

Practise listening to your meditations as many times as you like, but remember don’t skip ahead, just the one meditation one week at a time.
