TEENS: We'll work together to help you learn how to manage anxiety and stress, regulate your emotions, feel calmer and develop a more positive outlook on life. Learn powerful life skills that will benefit you for life-long wellbeing.

ADULTS: We'll work together to help you create more balance, happiness and inner peace in your life.  Learn how to calm your mind and body and, relate to stress and anxiety in a more healthily and positively.

 

 

Mindfulness Coaching For Teens and Adults

  • 1.5 Hour Sessions
