8 Week Meditation Program 2

Isabelle’s Program 2 includes 8 Mindfulness Based Meditations that explore our environment in a way that is relaxing for teachers, parents and children. Reminding kids to breathe properly and be present with their thoughts, helping with sleep at bedtime, and teaching the mind to be calm, still and present.

Research now shows an 8-week meditation program can help rewire the brain for happiness. Practise listening to your meditations as many times as you like, but remember don’t skip ahead, just the one meditation one week at a time.
