Research now shows that people who practise mindfulness and meditation have better mental health than 70% of the population on average. It is a form of mental training and neuroscience shows that even small practises can literally rewire the brain for better functioning and mental health.

Isabelle Mary FitzgeraldIsabelle Mary Fitzgerald, Founder and Director of My Peaceful Universe is a certified Mindfulness Mentor with the Mindfulness Mentoring Institute and holds level 2 certificates in Meditation from Nature Care College. Isabelle also holds certificates in Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance and, Mindfulness and Maintaining a Mindful Life from Monash University. Isabelle is currently sitting as a contributing secretary for Mindful Educators, teaching Mindfulness and Meditation classes to children, as well as curating courses for Insight Timer the world’s leading Mindfulness Meditation app.
