You will develop a greater sense of self-awareness, clarity and presence, as well as effective techniques that will help you recognise where your attention is, moment to moment.

 

As you develop and build your MENTAL MUSCLE you will become more engaged and present throughout the day and will notice when your mind wanders off. You will become more aware of how you feel, your emotions and what is happening in your body in terms of stress. It's not just about what is happening in the mind, it's about the relationship that we have with ourselves and the world around us.
