A great way to learn these amazing life skills is 1 on 1 with an experienced coach, or together as a family. A child's happiness can depend so much on their parent's emotional wellbeing. Family coaching means that everyone at home can grow together, learning simple techniques to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and live a more enriched and meaningful life together.

Isabelle Mary Fitzgerald, Founder and Director of My Peaceful Universe has had 20 years of experience helping clients improve their health and wellbeing. Isabelle holds a Diploma in Energetic Healing and a Level 2 Certificate in Meditation from Nature Care College. Isabelle is a certified Mindfulness Mentor with the Mindfulness Mentoring Institute and also holds Certificates in Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance and, Mindfulness and Maintaining a Mindful Life from Monash University. Isabelle curated and recorded the course "Overcome My Monkey Mind" for Insight Timer the world’s leading Meditation app, as well as a 1-year mindfulness program for kids that can be easily accessed online at home, or within schools.
