We can't wait to see your students improve!

Studies show that the following key areas within a child's emotional wellbeing improve with mindfulness practice.

  • Resilience, Emotional Management and Regulation
  • Self Awareness ( Metacognition )
  • Focus and Concentration
  • Compassion and Kindness ( Relationship with self and others )
  • Happiness and Gratitude

Student Wellbeing Surveys

Our surveys are a helpful way to monitor students improvements in the above 5 key areas, as well as overall improvements in emotional wellbeing.

The surveys also provide a way to asses the effectiveness of the program, so that we can continue to see great results and positive changes in the future.
