Mindful Meditation Program 1

Isabelle’s Program 1 includes 8 Mindfulness Based Meditations that cover subjects such as Body Awareness, Anchor Breathing, Happiness, Affirmations, and Relaxation. Recorded to help children, teachers, and parents build resilience and find calm, as well provide a useful tool to manage issues such as sleep, stress, worry and anxiety.

Research now shows an 8-week meditation program can help rewire the brain for happiness. Practise listening to your meditations as many times as you like, but remember don’t skip ahead, just the one meditation one week at a time.
